If the DLNA server has failed to index then you have to make it rescan.

1) If your DLNA server has the option try getting it to rescan the media, usually the option to do is somewhere in the DLNA servers control panel. If Seagate use Twonky this is usually accessed outside of the GoFlex interface.

2) Try copying some media you know that is seen by your DLNA device into the same folders that dont show and see if the DLNA server updates it’s listings.

3) Try removing the music folders from the folder management of the DLNA server and re-adding.
